Peinora didn't appear to be enjoying the heavy ground at Cork so wouldn't want any more rain. Successful point-to-pointer and winning bumper performer TROPICAL THREE couldn't quite keep up the gallop at Killarney and was passed by a couple of smart performers but the remainder were beaten a long way and compensation awaits here. The Housekeeper made a promising start behind Elegant Stranger here and looks certain to get involved with progress likely. Shinahwil would be a threat if getting a run from her reserve spot.

MUZAK is no youngster and has been chasing but he's a decent hurdler and looks well enough treated to score again as he's just 6lb higher than for an easy win at Galway in August. Happy New Year has returned to form though has gone up in the weights without winning but Monelissio looks more of a threat. He won a maiden over the minimum trip at Down Royal before a fine run at Sligo where he just failed to catch Personal Shopper over a slightly shorter trip than this with Paco Jack behind. Moscow Storm looked a few pounds high in the weights at Naas after landing a Roscommon maiden.

Givemeabuzz is better known as a point-to-point winner but he's won over hurdles and isn't badly treated for this low grade event. Slivegullion Girl ran her best race to date when last seen at Kilbeggan but that was almost a year ago and ROBBIE KAYDEE looks to have a better chance. He's still a maiden under Rules but ran a fine race behind All Honours at Tramore last month and a repeat should be good enough. The fifteen-year-old A New Story was a long way behind in that latter race and will be having his 110th race here.

KING OF THE REFS never won over hurdles and has had six runs over fences without scoring but his overall form is better than that of these rivals and he can finally get off the mark. Lough Roe Lady made a promising debut over fences in what looked a decent contest at Kilbeggan and with progress likely she looks the main threat. Hevelius and Hansupfordetroit were both a long way behind Burn And Turn here earlier this month and will need to find more. Chasing newcomer Whats Happening is one to keep an eye on though he ran poorly on his latest start over hurdles in March.

TARLA will be a short-priced favourite here which is hardly surprising given her level of form. She won a Grade 3 on her chasing debut at Clonmel in November but fell in her next two starts over fences. She's had a couple of runs over timber and hopefully will have regained her confidence. There's nothing with that kind of form here though Caheronaun has done really well since turning to fences and looks the one to take advantage if the selections fails again. Our Victoria was a long way behind Tarla at Clonmel while Shabra Charity needs further.

Count Salazar is 10lb higher than when last successful and is still climbing the weights after recent placed efforts. HILLMAN scored at around this trip at Wexford before finding 2m4f too short on this track so he's taken to regain the winning thread. Spiker The Biker hasn't won a race under Rules in 26 starts and Ardglen was a long way behind the selection at Navan though did run better when sent to Market Rasen last time. The Book Thief is another long-time maiden though he didn't run badly at Kilbeggan last time.

DIBDABS finished last on his debut for Maurice Barnes at Ayr in January but joined Willie Mullins and scored comfortably when well supported at Tramore. There's more to come and he should complete the double before going on to better things. Stolberg made a winning debut at Listowel in September but couldn't handle his penalty in a better race at Naas later. Tooreen has done well between the flags and Robert Tyner does well with similar types but Positive Approach looks as though he needs further.
