Flash Harriet has been thereabouts in this grade of late but is still seeking a first victory after 18 career starts. IT'S A NEW DAY has the champ on board as he makes his handicap debut and his latest fourth at Warwick was his best effort to date. He may well be good enough to concede weight all round, though Acapulco Bay must be a big threat having won over 1m4f on the Flat at Chepstow on Tuesday when Feeling was a distant last. Onedin Line has a fantastic pedigree and is lightly raced but doesn't appear to have inherited many of the family traits.

ACCESSALLAREAS has been raised 14lb since completing a double at Southwell but Sarah-Jayne Davies' charge is in such good form that he may be able to complete the hat-trick. Coeur De Fou has been knocking on the door lately, however, and will be a threat but Captain Paulie is hard to predict and Finch Flyer also has questions to answer at present. Maizy Missile is still 4lb higher than for her one and only win over fences.

Master Milan was only beaten a short-head off a 7lb higher mark over hurdles at Wincanton last time but his record over fences is poor. Evella has the ability to win this if in the mood but she likes to get her own way out in front and tends to sulk if she doesn't get it and MISTER WISEMAN will also be prominent. Nigel Hawke's grey is on a very decent mark at present and will relish the soft ground so gets the nod with Taunton third Kap West probably the pick of the remainder ahead of Le Grand Chene and Mad Professor, who is 6lb out of the handicap.

KINDLY NOTE won on soft ground at Chepstow last year and can take advantage of a tumbling mark having hinted at a revival at Ffos Las last month. Midnight Macarena won by 19 lengths back over hurdles at Southwell but is now on a career-high mark and Twin Bud is still awaiting a first success after 27 attempts. Ballinahow Star has her sights lowered though still looks too high in the weights, but Tigresse Bleue could be interesting as she's been very lightly raced and is by no means overburdened on her return from a break.

Newcastle fifth Perfect Poison looks the pick of those with experience and has scope for improvement but the interesting one here is WHEN I'M SIXTYFOUR. He's a full brother to smart hurdler/chaser Oscar Dan Dan and could go on to better things. Beau De Tabel and Kilfinichen Bay are other newcomers to consider but both are stoutly bred and may need a longer trip than this.
