Nottingham Forest v Bristol City – Davies’ men to win again

| 25.01.2011

Nottingham Forest’s hard-fought 1-0 win over bitter rivals Derby County has seen the former European Cup winners push into the Championship play-off places.

Forest have lost just one of their last 12 games and have not lost at home this season. In fact, it’s they have lost just once in their last 33 Championship games at the City Ground.

With Bristol City winning just one of their last eight games and not scoring in their last three, backing Forest to be winning at half-time and full-time at 5/4 looks to be well worth a bet.

Doncaster v Barnsley

Barnsley picked up a very good point against promotion chasing Swansea City at the weekend and were unlucky not to pick up all three.

They face another tricky test this Tuesday with a trip to Doncaster who have the same amount of points as the Tykes.

Barnsley haven’t won in their last three away games, while Doncaster are on a dreadful run, shipping 12 goals in their previous three matches. Back this game to finish in a draw at 12/5.

Portsmouth v Burnley

Eddie Howe’s first game in charge of Burnley ended in a disappointing goalless draw against Scunthorpe at the weekend – and it could be a similar story this Tuesday.

Pompey haven’t won in their last five home games, although they picked up a brilliant point at the weekend against Leeds United. Pompey look good to do the same against a Burnley side that have won away just once this season. Get a free bet worth £25 by clicking here and back the draw at 23/10.

A £25 bet on Forest to win 3-0 could see a return of £175! New Ladbrokes customers can sign up here for a free £25 bet.
