Man Utd 6/4 to win derby and Premier League title

| 11.02.2011

MANCHESTER UNITED are 6/4 with Ladbrokes to beat Manchester City on Saturday and go on to win the league this season.

It’s 25/1 that City (7/2 for the match) beat their neighbours and then go on to lift the title. The draw is priced up at 5/2 with United 4/5 chances to add to their impressive record over their rivals at Old Trafford.

Carlos Tevez is 9/2 to score first, 11/2 to score the last goal and 28/1 to get a hat-trick, with Wayne Rooney the most likely United player to score at any time (5/6). It’s 20/1 Rooney gets three goals in the match.

A repeat of the 0-0 scoreline last time the sides met can be backed at 8/1 and it’s 7/2 that there is a goal scored in extra time after the 90 minutes.

Alex Donohue of Ladbrokes said: “This would be the perfect game for Rooney to get back amongst the goals to fire United to victory on their way to the league. In a game which has had it’s fair share of late goals recently it wouldn’t surprise us if one is scored in Fergie time again.”
