French Open form continues to elude Nadal who goes odds-against

A month ago Rafael Nadal was a shoe-in for the French Open title and was trading at 4/11 to win the tournament.

The Spaniard is searching for his sixth French Open title in seven years but having suffered two final defeats to Novak Djokovic, the Spaniards clay-court form seems to have deserted him.

Two stuttering wins in his opening two rounds of the French Open has seen Nadal’s French Open odds drift out to 11/10, and while many punters will be loving the Spaniard at such a big price, there are plenty of punters willing to take Nadal on.

Nadal on the other hand sees his draw get easier after the exit of Nikolay Davydenko yesterday, and the Spaniard should breeze past qualifier Antonio Veic in his third round match at 1/100.

Despite his French Open odds drifting, Nadal is still the man to beat at Roland Garros and punters should prepare for another Nadal vs Djokovic final.
