Tottenham are still favourites for his signature but now drift to 7/4 (from 8/11). Liverpool and Manchester United remain 6/1 outsiders
Luka Modric is now evens to be at Chelsea for the start of next season with Tottenham just behind at 5/4. It’s 14/1 he goes to Manchester City.
Alex Donohue of Ladbrokes said: “We couldn’t fathom Parker staying at West Ham a few weeks ago. It now looks like he might stay put but Modric’s next move is crucial.”
