The League Two teams to put in your accumulator this weekend

| 05.08.2011

The football season is back which means accumulative betting returns to the forefront of most punters minds.

With the three Football League divisions all kicking off this weekend there are plenty of football odds to study, but we’re making it easier by picking the best bets in each league.

Follow the links for the Championship and League One tips but below you’ll find three teams that can return a tidy profit this weekend.

Swindon Town to beat Crewe Alexandra @ 10/11

Paolo Di Canio will be keen to get off to the perfect start in his managerial career and this home game with Crewe provides Swindon with the perfect opportunity.

Despite being relegated last season spirits are high at the Country Ground and while Crewe enjoy travelling to Swindon – they are unbeaten in five – Swindon can edge this one in front of a boisterous home crowd.

Torquay United to beat Burton Albion @ 10/11

Last year’s beaten play-off finalists will be eager to get back to winning ways on the first day of the season and Martin Ling has plenty to prove to the home fans.

Only one of the last eight between these two has finished in a draw and Torquay snatched a 1-0 home win here last season.

Burton have been struggling for quite some time now and while Torquay are still adjusting to life under their new manager, they can start the season well on Saturday.

Crawley Town to beat Port Vale @ 7/5

Crawley haven’t been handed an easy start to life in League Two with an away trip to Port Vale but the Conference champions are on a 30-match unbeaten league run.

While those wins came in a lower league, confidence is high at Crawley and the new additions have only bolstered the squad and we expect them to start with three points.
