Kelly set for a tough decision as both Janet and Misha face axe

It’s been a difficult week for X Factor’s Janet Devlin.

The former favourite endured stinging criticism for her performance of Queen’s Somebody to Love that Gary Barlow said was “verging on boring.”

There have also been rumours of a rift between the Irish teenager and mentor Kelly Rowland.

Janet allegedly felt Kelly was paying far more attention to Misha B to the detriment of her own chances.

Her mood is unlikely to have brightened with the reintroduction of Amelia Lily, with the newcomer immediately installed as joint 3/1 favourite with Marcus Collins to win the competition.

However, an uneasy truce has apparently broken out between Janet and Kelly which gives her a great chance of remaining in the competition for a good while yet.

Her performance last week smacked of a lack of imagination on the part of Kelly but she still did enough to make it through without being in the bottom two.

The odds suggest she may be out of luck this week though as she is second favourite at 4/1 to be eliminated – but the extra attention from Kelly should see her through.

It’s Misha B who should be really worried as she is the huge 6/4 favourite to be eliminated.

She was in the bottom two last week and there are only so many times the judges will fly in the face of public opinion and grant her a last minute reprieve.

It looks set to be an extremely difficult weekend for Kelly…
