Barney Army rocked after first round exit as Richardson is slashed
Published:Raymond van Barneveld’s first round exit from the World Darts Championship has cost the sponsors according to Ladbrokes.
Richardson’s odds to win the World Championship have now been slashed to 200/1 (from 1500/1) after sending home the Dutchman who was 1/12 to beat Richardson before the match.
Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: “We’ve finished the weekend celebrating the biggest shock in the first round for years. The odds suggest Richardson could cause further upsets yet.”
