Fulham v Wolves: Jol’s men to maintain solid home form
Despite their fightback from two goals down against Newcastle United last weekend, there’s no hiding the fact that Wolves are still in the midst of an extremely difficult time.
They are able to welcome back Steven Fletcher for this game though and face a Fulham team who have a couple of injury concerns of their own, with Stephen Kelly and midfielder Dickson Etuhu both doubtful.
Their absences shouldn’t be too keenly felt by Fulham though, with the west London side now steadily climbing the table…
Fulham are the favourites at 4/7 and they have been in excellent form at Craven Cottage in recent months.
They have lost just one of their last seven home games in the league and head into this clash on the back of consecutive wins against Stoke City and Queens Park Rangers.
Meanwhile, Wolves – who are 11/2 to get all three points – have won just one of their last 14 games in all competitions and are only one point above the drop zone.
They haven’t won at Fulham in their last five visits and maye be happy with a draw (13/5) against a team who they did manage to defeat earlier in the season.
Wolves won their encounter earlier this season 2-0 and the same scoreline can be backed at 25/1 this time out.
While that may be a little long, Wolves have scored in all of their last six games away from Molineux and Fulham have hit eight in their previous three home clashes.
Backing both teams to find the net at 8/11 looks a tempting punt.
