Atletico Madrid v Valencia: Both sides dangerous in front of goal

While Barcelona seem to have the title tied up, Atletico Madrid and Valencia still have plenty to play for.

And with both clubs in the upper regions of the league, a tight game can be expected.

However, the attacking prowess that both sides possess mean that keeping the opposing strikeforce out could be prove difficult.

Atletico Madrid, on the other hand, look to have European qualification sewn up and are 15 points clear of fifth place Valencia. However, they will be keen to finish above city rivals Real and disrupt the Spanish duopoly. For much of the season, Atletico occupied second place, but now find themselves a point behind Los Galacticos.

Their fine performance this season has been due in no small part to the goals of Radamel Falcao. The sensational Columbian striker has scored 25 goals this season already. Falcao is 7/2 to open the scoring this time.

Team mate Deigo Costa braced in a 2-0 win against Osasuna last time out and 4/1 is available on him netting first.

Earlier in the season, Valencia triumphed 2-0 and they are a huge 20/1 to repeat that scoreline in Madrid. However, last time they faced off on Atletico’s turf, Madrid won.
