Euro Acca: Roma to paint capital red in our 61/1 four-fold

Published:

The Rome derby is arguably the highlight of this weekend’s European action, just holding off the challenge of the rather flush French duo of Monaco and PSG who do battle for the first time since the former’s return to the big time.

Rudi Garcia has breathed new life into his Roma side and Ladbrokes are backing the Frenchman to become the first Roma boss since Luis Enrique to take three points against Lazio and kick-off our 63/1 euro acca.

Roma to beat Lazio at 21/20

The Rome derby has been dominated by Lazio of late; the blue side of the capital are undefeated in their last five meetings with their arch-rivals. However, wise investment and the new ethos implemented by manager Rudi Garcia will see Roma right their wrongs at the Stadio Olimpico.

La Maggica have made a fine start to their Serie A campaign, taking nine points from their opening three games for the first time since 2007/08 when they were pipped to the title on the final day.

The Giallorossi have a fine record when the home side in this fixture, losing just once in 15 renewals, taking the spoils in eight of those clashes.

Lyon and Nantes to draw  at 13/5

Lyon have not made the most impressive of starts to this campaign. After a pair of wins to start the season they are without a victory in six in all competitions.

Nantes have made an identical start, taking seven points from their five Ligue 1 fixtures and sit just a place below their opponents on goal difference alone.

Remi Garde’s charges have drawn their previous two matches without registering a single strike, while Les Canarias shared the spoils on their last away jaunt and only on one occasion this term has one of their matches been decided by more than a single goal.

With indistinguishable form and Lyon’s indifferent displays on home soil a stalemate looks on the cards here.

Sevilla to beat Valencia at 3/1

Valencia are enduring a trying start to the season, having just one victory to their name, an opening day triumph over Malaga. Since then it has been losses all the way, with Miroslav Dukic under real pressure after three consecutive defeats in the league, a plight further compounded by a 3-0 Europa League drubbing in the Mestalla at the hands of Swansea.

Sevilla have themselves made a slow start and they sit bottom of La Liga. Solace for Los Rojiblancos will come in the opponents they have already faced.

Unai Emery’s men pushed Barcelona all the way at the CampNou before being undone by a 93rd minute winner and their other defeat came to the unblemished Atletico Madrid

They have picked up a point apiece against Malaga and Levante and have generally looked fairly impressive, which is more that can be said for their visitors

Sevilla have won three of the last four meetings and should be backed to pile further pressure on Los Che here.

Stuttgart to beat Eintracht Frankfurt at 11/10

This clash brings together two in-form sides, with Stuttgart fresh from successive Bundesliga victories and Frankfurt winning five of their preceding six in all competitions.

It is Stuttgart, however, who dominate the head-to-head with six wins from the past seven and after racking up six against Hoffenheim in their last home game they will be too strong for their visitors.
