Euro football accumulator: Swansea and Levante to gain away wins

Published:

The agonising decision to plump for Udinese to beat Bologna rather than Verona to defeat Sassuolo was the only result that let down the last Euro top-division accumulator, but unperturbed, we are back for another bite at the cherry.

This latest fourfold pays out at a mighty 41/1, with Swansea and Levante expected to triumph on their travels, while Hannover and Cagliari can maintain their 100 per cent-winning home starts.

Swansea to beat Crystal Palace @ 13/10

How Swansea come back to down to earth after their Europa League win at Valencia is important, but they have enough class in their squad to play their way through Crystal Palace.

The Swans have also won their only fixture against a side currently outside of the top five this season, which was at West Brom.

Hannover to beat Augsburg @ 6/5

It has been a case of Jekyll and Hyde for Hannover domestically this season, winning all three home games, while losing both away.

They host Augsburg next, who they did the double over last season and are unbeaten against in the last two campaigns.

Cagliari to beat Sampdoria @ 11/10

Sampdoria are in the bottom three at present in Serie A, potentially still attempting to come to terms with the summer departures of goalkeeper Sergio Romero, midfielder Andrea Poli and striker Mauro Icardi.

Even with this trio, Sampdoria lost both games with Cagliari last season, who have also won their sole home fixture so far in the present campaign.

Levante to beat Almeria @ 3/1

Despite being third bottom in La Liga and failing to win any of their opening four fixtures, Almeria are odds-on for the visit of Levante, who have had three promising results except for the 7-0 mauling at Barcelona.

Levante did the double over Almeria on the last occasion the pair were pitted together in the same division and certainly look overpriced here.
