Having gone past the second round just once in 13 Grand Slam events prior to this season, the 23-year-old made the quarter-finals in Australia and the last four at Wimbledon, so he’s clearly on quite the upward trajectory.

Nick Kyrgios @ 100/1

Nadal’s fourth-round conqueror is up to 58th in the world rankings after the latest matriculations, largely due to his last-eight appearance at SW19.

Kyrgios followed up a Junior Wimbledon quarter-final appearance in 2012 with a last-eight showing in the equivalent at the US Open a month later, so he may go much better here than his treble-figure price suggests.
