England winger May is star attraction of tryscorer promotion

England face Australia, while Wales welcome South Africa in the final autumn internationals and just as the home nations will hope to sign off in style, Ladbrokes customers can too.

The firm have devised a promotion on two of the biggest threats from the Red Rose’s and Red Dragon’s squads to go over the line at any point against their southern hemisphere foes.

If both Jonny May and Alex Cuthbert score in their respective Tests Ladbrokes will pay out at 10/1.

Gloucester’s versatile back has flourished out on the wing for England this autumn, scoring three tries from as many starts.

May has pace to burn as he showed with his most memorable score to date in the first of the Twickenham Tests against New Zealand.

With barely four minutes on the clock his mesmerising solo effort sent the England fans into raptures and simultaneously left Conrad Smith and the covering Israel Dagg for dust.

Having gone over twice more against Samoa the Swindon-born flyer has staked a great claim for a Six Nations starting berth.

It’s fair to say Wales have been below par during the autumn Tests where New Zealand’s late flurry of tries at the Millenium Stadium last time out hammered home the current gulf in class.

However, Warren Gatland’s side did run the Australians close during a spirited 33-28 defeat where, encouragingly for the visit of the Springboks, they went over the Wallabies’ line three times.

Unsurprisingly, one of the scorers that day was winger Alex Cuthbert, who has since added to his autumn tally against Fiji before this clash.

The Cardiff Blues 14 is a master finisher when fed ball in the wide areas and could well be the man to rock the Boks on Saturday.
