Two early-season Liverpool streaks handsomely priced

| 02.08.2015

Excitement for the start of the Premier League season is building at a steepling rate and Ladbrokes are playing their part in the lead up to the new campaign with their Countdown Specials.

To mark each passing day before the big kick off, the bookmaker is releasing a special price on a wide range of top-flight outcomes this term.

The latest involves Brendan Rodgers’ Liverpool and sees the Reds receive handsome odds about starting the season with two streaks.

Ladbrokes make the Merseyside outfit 6/1 to open the term with six straight home wins in the Premier League or offer the same price about the club scoring in each of their first 10 league fixtures, home or away.

Rodgers’ squad open their Anfield gates to Bournemouth, West Ham Norwich, Aston Villa, Southampton and Crystal Palace, so should expect to be building the foundations of a fortress with that run.

They have, however, got some far more testing away games scheduled at the start of the season, with trips to Stoke, Arsenal, Man Utd, Everton and Tottenham all inside their first 10 league outings.

Having gone to town in the transfer market for the second successive summer, Rodgers will be expecting his side to challenge at the sharp end of the Premier League table following a disappointing campaign last time out.

He will need his new signings, which include Roberto Firmino, Christian Benteke and James Milner, to gel quickly though if he is to get off  to a fast start, as will Ladbrokes customers who invest their hard earned in either of the bookies’ special offers.
