The palpitation among Liverpool fans was cranked up another level last night after the Reds stormed into the League Cup semi-finals.
Jurgen Klopp’s men thrashed Southampton 6-1 at St Mary’s, and the German has now led Liverpool to seven wins in their last eight games.
Liverpool, who will face Stoke in the last four, are 6/4 to win the League Cup this season and are quietly climbing up the Premier League table too.
With well over half the season still remaining, the Reds sit just six points off top spot, and can boast notable victories away at both Chelsea and Manchester City in recent weeks.
The Reds are 11/1 to claim that long-awaited league title, and are 5/6 to claim any major trophy this term.
