Heart of Midlothian closed the gap on the top two in the Ladbrokes Premiership with a 1-0 win over Partick Thistle on Saturday.

Arnaud Djoum was the hero at Tynecastle with his first goal of the season enough to secure all three points to leave the Jambos six points behind Aberdeen.
