Britain’s Got Talent: Kathleen Jenkins shines in week three

| 25.04.2016

The bonkers celebration of the best Blighty has to offer has seen another strong contender emerge with Kathleen Jenkins the latest to advertise her credentials in this year’s Britain’s Got Talent competition.

She may have initially appeared to be as timid as the proverbial church mouse but once she got going there was no stopping the Welsh singer.

Her rendition of Wild Horses had the judges on their feet and it’s no surprise to see the Newport resident installed as a 6/1 shot for success.

And just in case you missed it here’s her powerful audition in all its glory…

Perfect couple prove they’re Crazy in Love

Meanwhile, in true BGT style, there were a fair few interesting characters who took to the stage.

The pick of the bunch was happily-married dance duo Ian and Anne Marshall with their, ahem, ‘moves’, to Beyonce’s smash hit Crazy in Love prompting David Walliams to push his Golden Buzzer.

Will you be lumping on at 66/1?

Balance has the act to go far

Granted, body popping is nothing new to BGT viewers but Taylor Goodridge aka Balance Unity certainly brought something original to the table.

His unique act spanned the decades and got plenty of love from the audience and judges.

Our traders seem pretty keen too with odds of 16/1 for the talented youngster to go all the way.

Another week, another choir

They probably haven’t done enough to dislodge 100 Voices of Gospel as this year’s favourite group but credit where it’s due to the Presentation School Choir.

The Irish youngsters, lead by choral director Veronica McCarron, went sailing through to the next round and look certain to go even further.
