Tottenham lead the race to sign Leicester’s star man

Tottenham are favourites to sign Algerian ace Riyad Mahrez this summer, with the winger having starred in his side’s title challenge this season.
Although Leicester City are seemingly set to lift the Premier League trophy, Mahrez is 7/2 to make the switch to north London with Spurs, who look likely to secure Champions League football for the coming campaign.
Manchester United are second-favourites at 4/1, with neighbours City 10/1 to acquire the former Le Havre man.
A Spanish switch is also possible, with Barcelona priced at 6/1 to make Mahrez the Nou Camp’s new boy.
Meanwhile, Real Madrid are 16/1 to purchase the man who cost the Foxes just £375,000 but is valued by Transfermarkt at £15m.
The success of Mahrez’s current club also means bets are being placed on when – and how – the Foxes will finally clinch the Premier League title.
The east Midlands side are 16/1 to avoid defeat for the remainder of the season and a mammoth 66/1 to win all their remaining games.
Ranieri’s charges are 9/4 to secure the club’s first ever top-flight title at Old Trafford on May 1.
Meanwhile, it’s 3/1 they achieve the feat at home to Everton the following weekend, with the table-topping side 7/2 to clinch the Premier League crown on a nervy final day at Stamford Bridge.
