We’ve already enjoyed two days of top class racing at Newmarket’s July Festival but the best is still yet to come with a cracking July Cup renewal the centrepiece of this Saturday’s fare.
Some of the best sprinters in training are set to line-up at HQ, as well as a few interesting curveballs, and we’re getting stuck into the action.

Drawn in the same stall as last year’s hero Muhaarar, the Commonwealth Cup winner continues to improve and impress.
Her turn of foot in the final furlong is likely to prove decisive once again as she chases a seventh victory in eight outings.
Trying to pick the Bunbury Cup winner isn’t for the faint-hearted but with some big prices on offer it’d be rude not to have a go.
Richard Fahey’s Growl is low down in the weights and makes plenty of appeal following a smart two-length success in a Class 2 contest at Windsor last time out.
Oh, and throw in the fact that his trainer has won this in three of the last five years, including the previous two, and you can see why he’s a prime Lively Longshot.
