The goals were flying in last weekend in the Ladbrokes Premiership, with every club except Kilmarnock managing to find the net at least once.
Celtic’s game in hand meant Rangers finished in top spot for the second week running, but the blue side of Glasgow will be looking over their shoulders in the next few weeks as Brendan Rodgers’ men look to topple the Premiership’s returnees off their perch.

Value in a Result Rush when Celtic play
That’s two league games in a row now where Brendan Rodgers’ men have won while conceding, and it looks like the former Reds manager’s we’ll score more than you philosophy has travelled with him to Scotland.
Of the 26 wins in Liverpool’s oh-so-close 2013-14 campaign, the losing side scored on no less than 16 occasions.
Never say never when it comes to Rangers
The Gers have already picked up points from losing positions twice this season, and it took until the 91st minute on Saturday against Motherwell for Kenny Miller (who else?) to net a dramatic winner at Ibrox.
Though it may not be good for Rangers fans’ heart rates, there’s no disputing the excitement a game involving Mark Warburton’s men brings.
Liam Boyce can challenge for Golden Boot
After notching his fourth and fifth league goals at the expense of Kilmarnock on Saturday, Ross County’s Liam Boyce has seen his odds drop from 10/1 to 7s to finish the season as leading goalscorer.
He bagged 25 goals combined in his first two years in Scotland, but five goals in his first three games this time out has put the 25-year-old in a commanding position in the scoring charts – having already netted four more than 9/4 favourite for the individual award Leigh Griffiths.
Aberdeen are finally turning chances into goals
Their first two games this season both ended 0-0, and although their solidity at the back was noticeable to all, unfortunately for Derek McInnes’ men, so was their worrying display in front of goal.
However, that looks to have simply been a minor blip as the Dons ran out 2-1 winners against Partick Thistle. Normal service resumed then, it seems…
Worrying times ahead for Caley
Richie Foran’s Inverness side are yet to pick up a point in this season’s Premiership after three games – and you’d have to go back 11 years to the last time this was the case for Caley.
They’ve also conceded 10 goals in those games – that’s double the next worse defensive record in the division – and they’re yet to play Celtic, Rangers or Aberdeen.
Up next for Inverness is a home game against St Johnstone, and the Saints ran out 1-0 winners in this fixture last campaign.
A repeat of that result and Foran’s men will be in real trouble already this season.
