Daenerys favourite for Iron Throne in Game of Thrones season 7

Game of Thrones bursts back onto our screens in 2017, and we’re already excited. Season 6 ended in spectacular fashion with huge twists around Cersei Lannister and Jon Snow, but the Iron Throne is all up for grabs as we head into the seventh season.
Right now, Daenerys Targaryen is the favourite to sit on the Iron Throne with 6/5 on offer for Emilia Clarke’s character to rule over Westeros.
Next up is Cersei at 2/1, making the Queen of the Seven Kingdoms comfortably the most likely member of the House of Lannister to sit atop the Iron Throne.
Lena Headey’s Queen is followed in the betting by Jon Snow, with the illegitimate son of Ned Stark priced at 4s to assume power over the entire continent.
Meanwhile, Ned’s daughter Sansa Stark is 6/1 to continue her progression from naive youngster to one of the show’s smartest and strongest characters by seizing the throne.
Her former husband Tyrion Lannister trails Sansa in the betting, with Peter Dinklage’s character a 10/1 outsider to assume the show’s most powerful position.
Elsewhere, Yara is an interesting option at 33/1 to bring the throne under the power of House Greyjoy, while those looking to back a truly shocking twist can find odds of 100/1 and higher for the likes of Ellaria Sand, Euron Greyjoy and Brienne of Tarth to enjoy an incredible rise to the top.
