Juventus set to test Liverpool’s resolve with £23m bid for midfielder

Juventus are set to step up their interest in Liverpool midfielder Emre Can, according to reports.

Can only has a year to run on his contract and the Reds haven’t been able to tie him down to an extension yet.

The Serie A champions are now ready to pounce with a £23m offer and our traders have Can at 6/4 to make the move this summer.

Jurgen Klopp is understood to be eager to keep the 23-year-old but the decision may be taken out of his hands.

The club’s owners could be tempted to cash in for the right price rather than risk losing him for nothing next year.
