France has been dealt a blow with the news that selected racetracks will have to close once more, but there’s still plenty of sport to look forward to on Thursday.

From Horse Racing to Football and Darts to Esports, we’ve rounded it up right here.

Horse Racing

With Longchamp suspended once again, Thursday’s card from the French capital is transferred to Deauville, which gets underway at 10:10am. Keep an eye out for the Listed Prix Gold River at 10:40am.

Elsewhere across the Channel, there’s action from Nantes at 10:55 through to 14:52, with Le Lion-D’angers starting at 15:25 and ending at 20:05. Lyon Parilly hosts a nine-race card from 15:40.

Hop across the pond the other way and there are five meetings from the USA starting with Gulfstream at 17:45. Churchill Downs, Golden Gate Fields, Charles Town and Remington Park complete the line-up.

You can watch most of those contests from France and the USA on Sky Sports Racing, while Racing TV will have coverage of a Hannover’s bumper 12-race card which commences from 12:00.

Football

There’s another midweek helping from the Belarusian Premier League, as second-place Torpedo-Belaz travel to relegation-threatened Neman Grodno looking to keep up the heat on BATE Borisov at the top.

Torpedo have started the season in fine form and are 7/5 to take the spoils in the 17:00 kick-off, with Grodno available at 15/8. It’s 9/5 for the Draw in a match which is also available to stream live on our Sportsbook.

Meanwhile, FC Slavia Mozyr Reserves take on Gorodeya Reserves in the, that’s right, you guessed it, Belarusian Reserve League, with Slavia odds-on to come out on top at 2/9.

Darts

The groups have been confirmed for the next round of the PDC Home Tour but it’s the Modus Icons of Darts League which continues to take centre-stage on Thursday, with 21 matches from the innovative competition.

Mark Webster, Martin Adams and Scott Mitchell are among those in action, although it’s Jason Askew who is fancied to top the group. Our traders have him down as a 21/10 shot to take the overall spoils.

He’s followed by Andy Jenkins at 3/1, Adams at 7/2, and Mitchell at 9/2, while it 10/1 bar for the rest.

Golf

The golfing world is slowly starting to get back into the swing of things and the Saint Lucie Trail Summer Classic on the Minor League Golf Tour is the latest event to grab our attention.

Sunny Kim is the 9/2 favourite for the 18-hole competition, with Matt Hill a couple of points behind in the betting at 13/2. They’re followed by Chris Wiatr and Zach Zaback who are priced at 9/1 apiece.

Esports

You can always guarantee a good helping of Esports on any given day, and it’s no different on Thursday.

There are eight different leagues taking place, including the DOTA – DPL – CDA Professional League, where Team Aster are 1/4 to beat Keen Gaming, who themselves are available to back at 11/4.

In what looks set to be a more competitive affair, c0ntact Gaming take on Syman in the Home Sweet Home Cup, with the former 8/13 against 6/5 for the latter. That’s followed by forZe versus Honoris at 11:20.
