Crystal Palace v Wolves betting tips: In-form teams in Selhurst Park battle
Palace v Wolves betting tips and odds
Wolves surged into seventh spot with Monday’s 2-1 victory over Everton to make it 13 points from a possible 15, but they have a tough trip to Crystal Palace coming up this weekend.
The Eagles, like Wolves, are unbeaten in their last five games but followed four successive draws with a stunning win at Premier League champions Manchester City on Saturday.
Patrick Vieira’s side are the 6/4 favourites to win on Saturday, but a close game is in prospect so let’s check out some of the markets in our Palace v Wolves betting tips.
Draws with Brighton, Leicester and Arsenal prove Palace are a tough nut to crack as Pep Guardiola found out at the weekend when goals from Wilfried Zaha and Conor Gallagher sealed a 2-0 victory against 10-man City.
Palace have split the points in six of their 10 games, five of which produced goals at both ends, so a share of the spoils is available at 21/10 and a score draw is 10/3, the same price on equal first and second halves.
The home team won all three Premier League and FA Cup meetings last season without conceding, so we make the hosts 29/10 to win to nil, but neither team has proved adept at keeping clean sheets this season, so both teams to score at 19/20 has its merits.

Although Wolves have the worst record in the Premier League for games involving at least three goals (30%), three of their last four matches have ticked that box, so we go 13/10 in that market, while both teams to score and three goals or more is slightly higher at 17/10.
However, both teams to score, over 2.5 goals and either team to win is available at 2/1 in our Palace v Wolves betting tips.
Vieira deploys a 4-3-3 and on Saturday played Zaha in a central role rather than on the wing, supported by Odsonne Edouard and Jordan Ayew.
Midfielder Gallagher was once again immensely impressive on the right side and his industry will be at the heart of Palace’s best work. Eberechi Eze is closing in on a comeback after a long-term injury.

Wolves boss Bruno Lage went with a 3-4-2-1 against the Toffees in which Hwang Hee-chan and Francisco Trincao played just behind main striker Raul Jimenez, with Ruben Neves and Joao Moutinho pulling the strings in midfield.
Zaha opened the scoring at the Etihad and is 5/1 co-favourite with Edouard and Wolves striker Jimenez to break the deadlock at Selhurst Park.
Gallagher sealed the win at the weekend and is 3/1 to get in on the act again or 7/1 to draw first blood, while Christian Benteke, who came off the bench in the second half against City, is 23/10 to score.
Hwang has four goals in seven appearances for Wolves and had an effort chalked off for offside on Monday, so we go 6/1 and 13/5 on the South Korean in both markets.
Romain Saiss, Conor Coady and Ruben Neves all scored in a dramatic final 10 minutes at Aston Villa three weeks ago and are 8/1, 22/1 and 4/1 respectively to add to their tallies in our Palace v Wolves betting tips.
