There may be no Premier League footy, but sport continues to play on around the world and we’ve put together a list of the action you need to know about.

Horse Racing

We go stateside for a ten race card from Gulfstream starting at 18:00.

Take a trip Down Under and you’ll find five meets from Australia. Gold Coast leads from the front at 3:00am, and is closely followed by Wyong, Kilmore and Pakenham as the day goes on.

Elsewhere, there’s a global feel with racing at Jagersgo, Gavle and Oi, in Japan.


The Nicaraguan Primera League takes the spotlight with third placed Diriangen take on sixth position Chinandega. Despite their 3-0 loss last time out Diriangen are 2/5 to win the game with the visitors at 11/2 to close the gap on their opponents.

Walter Firetti are at 3/5 to defeat Real Madriz, who you can get at 18/5 to score victory. While bottom club Juventus Managua travel to second place Real Esteli. The home side are as a short as 2/5 to triumph.


The Cactus Tour 2nd round starts in the evening with play commencing at 9pm in the 54-hole event at Apache Creek. This week’s other event, the ‘Orange Tree Classic’ in Arizona will also be entering their final round too.

Alex Cejka is the outright favourite at 11/4, followed by 10/3 Carson Roberts and three players on 8/1 – Chris Korte, Colton Yates and Jake Staiano.


There’s a heap of Esports to check out including the Counter-Strike Home Sweet Home Cup asMovistar Riders (8/13) take on Jalapeno at 6/5.

The Rainbow 6 Pro League North America has four fixtures starting with Luminosity Gaming taking on Tempo Storm.
