Weekend acca: Five games to consider

| 17.07.2020

The league titles may have been wrapped up in England and Spain, but there’s still silverware to be handed out.

The FA Cup takes centre stage this weekend as four teams battle it out to return to Wembley in three weeks’ time for the final.

Elsewhere, there’s top-four tussles still to resolve in both the Premier League and Serie A. Here’s our five games to consider on your acca this weekend…

Arsenal v Man City (19:45, Sat)

Manchester City have beaten Arsenal by an aggregate score of 6-0 this season. The Cityzens are understandably heavy 3/10 favourites for victory.

But with the FA Cup final on the line, will it keep to the script? City to win in Extra Time is 9/1, but Arsenal did beat their rivals at this stage in 2017 and the Gunners are 8/1 to repeat this feat.

Both Teams to Score is 3/4, while Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is 21/10 to score anytime. Kevin De Bruyne is 6/1.

AC Milan v Bologna (20:45, Sat)

There’s a lot of talk around the Milan managerial position right now, but current incumbent Stefano Pioli has revitalised I Rossoneri in recent weeks.

Victories over Lazio and Juventus have been followed by a draw and a win against Napoli and Parma respectively.

Bologna haven’t won in three games, so a Milan victory with Zlatan Ibrahimovic scoring first at 7/2 could be worth a look.

Tottenham Hotspur v Leicester City (16:00, Sun)

Back to Premier League action and Leicester City are 2/1 to beat Spurs and take control of a top four place.

The Foxes have Man United breathing down their tails but know two wins from their last two games will seal Champions League football.

Jamie Vardy to score is 13/10 anytime, but the Lilywhites are 27/20 to triumph and boost their own European hopes.

Man United v Chelsea (18:00, Sun)

The second FA Cup semi-final looks a little more evenly matched on paper.

Man United are 7/5 to win and maintain their impressive form since the restart. Chelsea are at 19/10 to make the final, with the draw at 9/4.

Attack looks the best form of defence in this one, Over 3.5 Goals in the match is also 9/4.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men have looked in rampant form though with Anthony Martial chalked up at 7/2 to score in a United win.

Roma v Inter Milan (20:45, Sun)

It may be too little too late for the title but Inter have found their groove in recent weeks. There’s 6/5 about them beating Roma and applying some pressure on Juventus at the top of Serie A.

After three wins a row, Roma occupy a Europa League place and are 2/1 for victory. However, Inter are 4/11 to win or draw on the Double Chance.
