NEW TO Ladbrokes?
Aintree 12.33 – Our Jet
Our Jet is a proper jumping type who will definitely make a chaser. He’s done plenty for his debut here though and I think he’ll run well.
Aintree 1.40 – Beakstown
Beakstown has been off for a long time but we hold lots of positive thoughts for this horse for the season. For his first run though, I think he will just improve.
Aintree 2.50 –Antunes/Knight In Dubai
We have done loads of work with Antunes and I think he is our leading fancy in this race. I think he will love the ground and two miles is his trip at the moment.
Knight In Dubai will need the run as he’s been off for a long time. This is a good place to get him started.
Aintree 3.20 – Wilde About Oscar
Wilde About Oscar is a good horse and he was a highly-rated novice, I am looking forward to getting his season started. This race will tell us where we go for the rest of the year trip and opposition wise.
Aintree 3.55 – Saveasea
He’s a really young, babyish type of horse. I like him, but he is more of a horse for the future.
Wincanton 1.50 – Faivoir
Faivoir takes on Bravemansgame in this Novices’ Chase. Obviously it will be a big job trying to beat him but he is in good form.
Wincanton 2.25 – Global Harmony
This is a valuable mares handicap hurdle and this will probably be her last hurdle before she goes chasing. I would have to give her a chance here. She won twice last year, she hasn’t got much weight, and I would have to say she is an each-way shout.
Wincanton 3.35 – Hatcher
Hatcher is biting off a lot in the Elite Hurdle, but we are stuck between a rock and a hard place with him ratings wise. He will just love the ground so we have to run him. He is highly rated, handicaps haven’t been that easy for him so we said let’s try something different.
