Cameroon vs Holland – teams announced

Published:

Holland can secure top spot in Group E – and set up a second round match with Slovakia – if they beat Cameroon tonight. Kick-off is at 7.30pm.

Holland have winger Arjen Robben available following his recovery from a torn hamstring, but the Bayern Munich player starts on the bench.

The only change for the Oranje is at right-back, where Khalid Boulahrouz comes in for Gregory Van Der Wiel.

In an unchanged three-man attack, Dirk Kuyt starts alongside Rafael Van Der Vaart and Robin Van Persie. Van Persie is 7/2 to open the scoring.

Already eliminated, Cameroon will be playing for pride. Their talismanic forward Samuel Eto’o captains the side and he is 6/1 to score first.

The Indomitable Lions make four changes, with Sebastien Bassong, Achille Emana, Achille Webo and Eyong Enoh dropped.

The confirmed starting line-ups are:

Cameroon: Hamidou; Bong, N’Koulou, Bassong, Assoue-Ekotto; Geremi, A. Song, Makoun, Mbia; Choupo-Moting, Eto’o (Captain)

Holland: Stekelnburg; Boulahrouz, Mathijsen, Heitinga, Van Bronckhorst (Captain); De Jong, Van Bommel, Sneijder; Kuyt, Van Der Vaart, Van Persie
