The Two Alans Lead the Newcastle Charge
Published:More money has been bet on Alan Curbishley and Alan Pardew to take over at Newcastle than anyone else according to Ladbrokes.
Both Curbishley and Pardew are now 2/1 to take the role, whilst O’Neill, the early favourite, has slipped to 3/1.
David Williams from Ladbrokes said, “The fans are really talking with their wallets at Newcastle. O’Neill was the initial favourite, but has now slipped to third due to the sheer amount of bets we have taken on the Alans.
Pardew was initially 5/2 but has stormed up the rankings to joint 2/1 favourite with Curbishley.”
