What will Hodgson do next?
Published:Roy Hodgson is expected to return to management with an English club according to Ladbrokes.
The bookies make ‘any English club’ the 11/8 favourite in their special market concerning Hodgson’s future.
He has publicly stated his desire to coach the England side one day and it’s 4/1 that his next role is taking charge of any international team.
It’s 5/1 he returns to Italy and 7/1 is the price about him going to a Scandinavian club.
Having never previously managed in Scotland it’s an unlikely 16/1 that he goes there for his next job.
Alex Donohue of Ladbrokes said: “Hodgson lends himself to any number of vacancies throughout Europe with his linguistic skills and managerial pedigree.”
he added: “We expect him to stay closer to home however and should Hughes move on we can’t rule out a return to Fulham.”
