Inter and AC Milan good bets for Serie A victories
Published:Inter look a good price in the Serie A betting at 10/11 to beat a Roma side that have made a habit of taking results in their most recent away games with Leonardo’s team.
Roma may have only lost one of their last eight away games with Inter, but the hosts are in fine form at the San Siro, winning all of their last five home fixtures.
However, perhaps the best betting opportunity may be that the game features over 2.5 goals.
Inter have scored 15 goals in winning their last five home games, while Roma have not failed to score in any of their last 14 Serie A outings.
It is 8/11 that a minimum of three goals are scored, while Giampaolo Pazzini has three goals in two Serie A games since moving to Inter from Sampdoria and is 5/1 to be the first goalscorer.
Elsewhere, AC Milan can continue to assert themselves at the head of the Serie A standings by winning away to Genoa.
Milan are 1/1 to beat Genoa, even though they have won just once in their last ten visits to the Luigi Ferraris Stadium.
But backing Milan to win without conceding a goal could be profitable.
Milan’s betting odds are 2/1 to win to nil and they have kept three consecutive Serie A clean sheets, while Genoa have been toothless in seven of their last ten games.
In the other televised Italian top-flight game, Bologna are decent value at 11/10 to beat Catania, particularly as it has been a year since the visitors last won a league fixture on their travels.
Marco Di Vaio has five goals in Bologna’s last five games and is 4/1 to open the scoring against Catania.
