Punters not showing any patience

Gary Barlow is the 2/1 favourite with Ladbrokes to be a permanent judge on the next series of the X Factor.

In response to news that both Simon & Cheryl may be focusing on the American version of the show the bookies are now taking bets on their replacements with the two Take That lads the early favourites.

Katie Price’s odds have been slashed from 25/1 into 5/1 with Will Young also towards the head of the market at 6/1. Alex Reid is a 250/1 outsider with Liam Gallagher a 20/1 shot.

Alex Donohue of Ladbrokes said: “Rumours are rife that Cole & Cowell are out and the early money points to a Take That themed judging panel for the next series.”
