Bet on Man Utd, Chelsea and Tottenham in Champions League

Manchester United will face Chelsea in the quarter-final of the Champions League in a repeat of the 2008 final.

United won that game on penalties thanks to misses from Nicolas Anelka and – more famously – John Terry. However, this is the first time the sides have met in the Champions League over two-legs and it promises to be an extremely intriguing couple of games.

Prior to the draw, United were 6/1 to win the tournament, while Chelsea were slightly shorter at 11/2. That hasn’t changed since the draw has been made, with Chelsea priced at 6/5 to win their first-leg against United at Stamford Bridge.

The winner of that clash will face whoever comes out victorious between defending champions Inter Milan and Schalke. Inter are huge favourites to beat Schalke in their first-leg at 4/7.

Meanwhile, Spurs’ Champions League adventure keeps getting better and better thanks to their quarter-final draw against Real Madrid. Harry Redknapp’s side will travel to the Bernabéu first before welcoming Jose Mourinho’s megastars to White Hart Lane.

Spurs are now out to 18/1 from 10/1 to win the Champions League outright following the draw, while Real have remained steady at 4/1 despite a possible semi-final clash against Barcelona, who face Shakhtar Donetsk in their last eight game.

Barcelona are still massive favourites for the title at 11/10 following the draw and – after their second-leg destruction of Arsenal in the last round – it’s still hard to look beyond them for the title.

A £20 stake on Inter Milan to win the Champions League would return £200. New customers can sign up here for free bets worth up to £60.
