Di Matteo next in line for Blues job?

Published:

Roberto Di Matteo is 8/1 with Ladbrokes to replace Andres Villas-Boas as Chelsea manager within three years.

The Blues legend has been announced as the club’s new assistant manager, and the bookie sees him as a viable candidate to replace the former Porto boss should he move on.

Alex Donohue of Ladbrokes said, “Abramovich is an unpredictable man, but he’s promoted from within before so we wouldn’t be surprised to see Di Matteo in pole position if AVB is given the axe.”
