Game girl Chelsee a tempting bet for Strictly Come Dancing glory

Jason Donovan, Holly Valance and Harry Judd have all seen their odds fluctuate during this year’s Strictly Come Dancing – but there is one remaining celebrity who has been a model of consistency.

Chelsee Healey has been excellent throughout the series and wowed the judges with her Shrek-inspired jive that saw her pick up a brilliant 39 points out of 40 last week.

She has been amongst the favourites from the first week but has never once had the shortest odds to win the competition.

Jason and Holly were the early favourites before McFly drummer Harry showed what he was made of and took his place at the top of the betting.

However, her consistency and her bubbly personality that saw spending hours in make-up to perfect the Princess Fiona look last week, has seen her remain amongst the most popular dancers in the show.

She is currently 10/3 to win the show and that could prove to be a very lucrative bet if she continues her brilliant form in the coming weeks.

Harry is expected to sweep to the title though and is currently the big favourite at 4/9.

With bandmate Dougie Poynter winning I’m a Celebrity, all the momentum appears to be with Harry but, if anyone can beat him, it’s the likeable Chelsee.

Finally, Jason has slipped to 7/1 in the betting while Alex Jones and Holly’s time on the show looks to be nearing an end with both of them out at 33/1 to win the title.

With a double elimination planned this weekend, backing Holly and Alex to be booted off at 11/8 could be well worth backing, although the 3/1 offered for Holly and Jason to go is also tempting.
