Hankey 100/1 to win World Championships after switch to PDC

TED HANKEY will struggle to win a PDC major in 2012, according to Ladbrokes.

Following his switch from the BDO to the PDC, The Count is 100/1 to knock Adrian Lewis off his perch and win the 2013 Ladbrokes World Darts Championship and he’s 10/1 to win any darts major this year.

The bookies also chalk up the controversial player at 4/1 to be issued a formal reprimand for bringing the game into disrepute after bad televised conduct on stage.

Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: “Hankey will enjoy counting his prize money in the PDC. The odds suggest he has some work to do but he’ll be a great character to watch at the World Championship.”
