Chelsea legend one of two Premier League stars on PSG radar

Chelsea captain John Terry has emerged as his chief target, and Ancelotti hopes the close relationship they forged during his two-year Stamford Bridge tenure will be enough to persuade Terry to make the move.
He would cost considerably less than the £45m which was being touted for Silva, and after a string of impressive England displays at Euro 2012, could prove a steal at £8m.
Terry remains immensely popular with Chelsea fans, but faces increasing scrutiny in the realms of English football amidst alleged on and off-field misdemeanours.
Therefore, the 31-year-old may be ready to swap the Premier League for Ligue 1, especially after Champions League success last term meant he has lifted every major trophy possible with Chelsea.
A monster financial package will also be tempting for Terry, who mega-rich PSG, backed by the Qatari government, hope to make one of a number of big-name summer arrivals.
Current wages of £160,000 per week would be improved upon if Terry did make the move to France, where he would hope to replicate the success he enjoyed during Ancelotti’s Chelsea stint, as the pair claimed a domestic double in the Italian’s first season in charge.
Former England captain Terry is not the only Premier League star PSG are hopeful of landing though, after being impressed by Theo Walcott’s sporadic appearances in this summer’s European Championships.
Walcott turned in a series of eye-catching cameos, and with only a year remaining on his Arsenal contract, he has attracted the attention of several clubs, at the forefront of which is believed to be PSG.
They ironically face competition from Chelsea for the winger’s signature, though the superior wages on offer in Paris may put Ancelotti’s side in the driving seat to land Walcott.
