Jovetic can score but Juventus to extend unbeaten Serie A run

The scene is set for Stevan Jovetic to bring to a halt Juventus’ 43-game unbeaten record, but Fiorentina may have to settle for a draw at 11/5 when they host the Serie A champions.

Jovetic was heavily linked with Juventus in the summer, but instead opted to sign a new deal with Viola and has been instrumental in them winning both home games so far this season.

He has scored three of their four home goals and is 6/1 to score the opener against Juventus, with Fiorentina 11/4 to take the three points.

Juventus may have missed out on Jovetic, but in Fabio Quagliarella they have their own in-form striker.

He scored twice in the latest 2-0 victory over Chievo and is 5/1 to break the deadlock here.

Juventus are 21/20 to triumph and can bring back a host of faces who were rested for the weekend triumph, including Andrea Pirlo, while Arturo Vidal was only given a second-half run out.

This was also a game where Juventus were expected to tip up last season, but instead returned to Turin with a 5-0 victory.

The other European football clash to be aired on ESPN comes from Germany, with Bayern Munich hosting Wolfsburg.

Bayern, like Juventus, have done little wrong thus far in winning all of their league fixtures and they are 1/5 to maintain this record by beating Wolfsburg.

However, they represent better value at 6/5 to beat Wolfsburg to nil, given that the visitors have only mustered two Bundesliga goals so far this season.

There are rumours that Bayern may rest former Wolfsburg striker Mario Mandzukic, Arjen Robben and Bastian Schweinsteiger for the clash and so 2/1 may be a big price that under 2.5 goals are scored.
