Roma, Real Madrid and Bayern backed in TV euro accumulator

The weekend is shaping up to be a memorable one for fans of European football, with Ladbrokes tipping up four top picks from some of the biggest games in La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga and Ligue 1 that combine for a big money bet.

Bayern, PSG, Roma and Real Madrid all the make the cut as part of a fourfold offered at odds of just over 17/1, which adds up to a return of some £181.30 when betting with Ladbrokes!

Bayern Munich to score over 3.5 goals vs Schalke @ 9/5 – (Saturday 17:30, BT Sport 1)

With Bayern unbeaten in the Bundesliga and some 19 points clear of their nearest challengers, it’s something of a challenge to find any value when backing the Bavarians who are 1/5 just to win this weekend.

Thank goodness, then, for the availability of goal markets with Ladbrokes  and the timely visit of Schalke to the Allianz Arena, with the Gelsenkirchen outfit likely to still be in shock following their 6-1 home thwacking by Real Madrid in the Champions League.

Bayern have scored four or more goals in each of their last three meetings with The Miners and after finding the net with four or more strikes in three of their last four league fixtures, backing Pepe Guardiola’s team to score over 3.5 goals looks like outstanding value.

Roma to beat Inter Milan @ 4/6 (Saturday 19:45, BT Sport 1)

Rudi Garcia continues to work wonders at the Stadio Olimpico, with Roma currently on a 14 game run without defeat at home, including victories in each of their last five domestic fixtures at the ground.

Inter Milan, meanwhile, continue to flounder on the road, having racked up defeats in five of their last six competitive games played away from the San Siro.

Roma’s cause is further strengthened by their recent impressive record against Walter Mazzari’s team, with the capital club winning each of the past three meetings between the sides.

Real Madrid to beat Atletico Madrid @ 11/10 (Sunday 16:00, Sky Sports 4)

Despite Atleti boasting home advantage for this Madrid derby, it’s the visiting Los Blancos who look better placed for victory, having hit form at exactly the same moment that the wheels appear to be coming off their cross-town rivals’ title challenge.

Carlo Ancelotti’s team were in stunning form against Schalke, winning 6-1 away and they will be confident of dispatching the hosts here having already won 2-0 at the Vicente Calderon in the Copa del Rey last month.

That victory made it eight straight wins for Real at the ground and with Diego Simeone’s team enduring some wretched league form – including defeats to lowly Osasuna and Almeria in their last three league fixtures – win number nine could come here.

PSG (-1) to beat Marseille @ 17/20 (Sunday 20:00, ESPN)

Marseille may be on the road to recovery following an abject start to the season that cost then-boss Elie Baup his job, but a visit to the Parc des Princes could see any flickering hopes of Champions League qualification extinguished.

The Parisiens are in rampant form at present, having scored three or more goals in each of their previous three competitive games and will relish the visit of a Marseille team they have dominated in recent years.

PSG have won each of their last three home meetings with L’OM by a scoreline of 2-0 and with goals predicted here, backing the hosts to win with a handicap of -1 looks as safe a bet as they come.
