Are Arsenal or Liverpool moving behind scenes for Dortmund star?

Ji Dong-Won will not get the pulses racing in the same way when he arrives from Sunderland, but a proposed move for the highly-coveted Josip Drmic would be another sign of intent.
All of this transfer activity does beg a question though, is Klopp already resigned to losing more of his current stars this summer and have some transfer dealings been completed behind the scenes?
Ilkay Gundogan’s season has been ruined by a back injury, but strong speculation remains that it is inevitable he will join Real Madrid.
As one of the best ball-playing central defenders in world football, Mats Hummels is sure to generate interest and this could be a reason for the Ginter deal.
However, the Dortmund player that would certainly bring the most Premier League interest is Marco Reus, with Arsenal and Liverpool two clubs that would welcome his arrival.
Liverpool have been linked with every left forward aside from Cristiano Ronaldo in 2014 and Reus firmly put himself in the shop window with his two-goal salvo against Real Madrid.
With 18 goals in 30 starts in all competitions this season, Reus could prove a bigger necessity to Arsenal though.
Furthermore, he has improved in almost every attacking area imaginable this season, particularly in his dribbling success rate and number of key passes provided.
Liverpool’s odds are currently 7/4 to win the Premier League this season and should they accomplish this feat, they would get a name-check up the queue to gain Reus’ signature.
