Ladbrokes News Poll: Who will win the World Cup?

Published:

The wait for the World Cup finals is nearly over and now it’s time to put Ladbrokes’ customers to the test by asking: Who will win the World Cup?

In the long build-up to Brazil 2014 you have heard what the pundits have had to say but now it’s your chance to tell us who you think will win the biggest prize in football in this special Ladbrokes News poll!

Ladbrokes World Cup ambassador and TV mathematician Rachel Riley has already picked out Chile, who are on at odds of 40/1, as surprise winners but will you follow her lead and plump for La Roja or does another South American side tickle your fancy?

Can hosts Brazil, who are 3/1 with Ladbrokes for glory, follow up last year’s Confederations Cup success on home soil by lifting the famous trophy for a sixth time or will it be Argentina (4/1) and Lionel Messi leading the South American charge?

Germany are leading European contenders at 5/1 according to the bookie but will you be backing Joachim Low and his talented squad to go all the way?

Maybe it will be Spain, searching for a third straight major international tournament win at odds of 13/2, who will hold sway with Ladbrokes News followers?

Or will patriotism shine through and see Roy Hodgson and the Three Lions finally win something by topping our World Cup poll!

Now’s the time to post your vote and we will reveal the results from Ladbrokes News readers just before the tournament gets underway on Thursday when Brazil face Croatia at the Arena de Sao Paulo.
