Guaranteed Goalscorers: Schurrle, Wilson and Ruiz all backed

Published:

With plenty of goals expected on what promises to be an action packed night of Capital One Cup football Ladbrokes News have picked out three in-form hit-men in line to trouble the scorers this Tuesday night.

In Chelsea’s Andre Schurrle, Bournemouth goal machine Callum Wilson and Fulham’s Costa Rica international Bryan Ruiz, we have three men who can terrify defenders up and down the country.

So with all three selections combined in our 15/1 anytime goalscorer treble you could be in for a winning League Cup night!

Andre Schurrle to score anytime @ 6/5

The German international’s brief cameo at Old Trafford on Sunday was his first taste of Chelsea action since his side’s 2-0 win over Arsenal and he will be desperate to make an impact against League Two Shrewsbury.

The former Bayer Leverkusen star started the season in bright fashion with an opening day goal against Burnley and a vital strike in the Blues’ 1-1 draw at Manchester City.

The goals may not have flowed since but with Schurrle set to be handed a prominent forward role it would be no surprise to see him score at Greenhous Meadow.

Callum Wilson to score anytime @ 7/5

You would be hard pressed to find a striker in better form than Bournemouth star Wilson.

The former Coventry man has fired five goals in just four Championship matches to add to his nine for the season in the league.

The 22-year-old was also on the scoresheet in the Cherries’ first round win against Northampton and can fire another League Cup goal in what could be a shock at Dean Court.

Bryan Ruiz to score at anytime @ 7/4

The Costa Rican kick-started his season with a goal against Doncaster in the previous round of this competition and has since been a vital part of Fulham’s revival of late in the league.

The 29-year-old can once again play a vital part against Derby at Craven Cottage and we are backing him to find the back of the net in this all Championship clash.
