Hitman Treble: Ronaldo, Muller and Lewandowski the men to strike
Published:Our Hitman Trebles may have been less hit and more miss recently, but as the bumper week of international football comes to a close, we are looking to go out with a bang.
And so, today’s offering sees Cristiano Ronaldo, Thomas Muller and Robert Lewandowski all to score boosted to a tempting 10/1.
Here at Ladbrokes News, we can’t see these three strikers letting you down, and here’s why…
He may not have got on the scoresheet in Portugal’s game against France last week, but the Real Madrid man’s form has been frightening of late.
In his last eight games, Ronaldo has netted a whopping 15 goals for the Galacticos.
Throw in that he scored his country’s only goal on their last visit to Copenhagen, and he looks a good bet to find the back of the net.
Irish fans won’t thank us for reminding them of the fact that Germany have put nine goals past them in the last two meetings between the nations.
And with Die Mannschaft arguably boasting an even stronger side than on those occasions, that tally should increase.
Expect Muller to be keen to make up for the fact that he failed to get in on the act in either of those meetings, as he chases his fifth international goal in six games on home soil.
The striker has stated that Poland’s historic victory over Germany will count for nothing if they lose to Gordon Strachan’s Scotland.
So expect the Bayern Munich man to be leading the way in Warsaw as he looks to add to the four goals he got in Gibraltar last week.
He’s settled in well at the German champs with four goals in the Bundesliga this season, so is obviously in good nick, as we rely on him to round off this tasty treble.
