Championship accumulator: Brentford and Watford tipped to win

Published:

This weekend promises a host of mouth-watering Championship ties and with that a number of decent betting opportunities.

Table toppers Derby look set to cement their place as league leaders against Leeds, while Brentford, Bolton and Bournemouth are also tipped for wins.

And, with Ladbrokes refunding losing stakes when just one side lets down a 5+ accumulator, we’re also tipping Watford to turn their form around with a win over Cardiff.

Read on to see why this is one 30/1 acca worth backing.

Derby to beat Leeds @ 10/11

Leeds are in terrible form having won just one of their last 10 games and home comfort is unlikely to boost their confidence, with United having won one of five at Elland Road.

The last thing they need then, is a visit from league leaders Derby who have lost just two of their last 18 games in all competitions and have taken maximum points in five of tier last six away games!

The Rams have won 10 of the last 11 meetings between the two and drew the other. Conclusion? Banker.

Brentford to beat Wolves @ 13/10

At odds-against at home the Bees are a great price considering they go into this tie in search of a fifth successive win.

Wolves, on the other hand, have lost three on the bounce, conceding 10 and scoring just once in that time.

Bolton to beat Huddersfield @ 23/20

The Trotters have won their last three at home and will be confident of extending that run against a side they beat 1-0 earlier this year.

The Terriers have won just once in five attempts and just once in seven on the road so expect a home win here.

Bournemouth to beat Millwall @ 4/7

Bournemouth have gone off the boil a little of late, with two successive draws, but the Cherries have still lost just once in 12 games and that to league leaders Derby.

Eddie Howe’s men have won four of their last five as hosts and after beating Millwall 5-2 last year will expect to win, especially with the Lions winless in eight away days.

Watford to beat Cardiff @ 11/10

Watford may have lost three games on the bounce but Vicarage Road remains a difficult place to visit, especially if you’re Cardiff.

The Hornets have lost just two if their last 19 in front of their won fans and will be confident of a return to winning ways against a Bluebirds side with just one win from 15 on the road.
