European Football accumulator: Juventus and AS Roma all the way

Published:

As we ease gently back into the world of work in 2015, with belts both literally and metaphorically tightened ahead of a bleak couple of wintery months you might think there would be little room for such trivial things as midweek accumulators – but you’d be wrong.

With the Italian and Spanish schedules throwing up a televised feast of football action this Tuesday we’re saying never mind to any New Year blues and let’s keep the party going with a 6/1 fourfold tip that is simply too good to be true.

Featuring a trio of Serie A institutions coupled with a La Liga upstart, this is your chance to start the month with a bang.

Roma to beat Udinese @ 10/11

The Giallorossi head into this fixture fully refreshed and aiming for a third consecutive away win in Serie A with hosts Udinese likely to oblige. Despite the presence of ever-reliable club legend Antonio Di Natale, the Zebrette have won just one of their last five at home in the league.

Milan to beat Sassuolo @ 3/5

Filippo Inzaghi’s team ended 2014 on something of a high, having beaten Napoli at the San Siro before stealing a point away at Roma and there is little reason to go against them turning over a Sassuolo side that is winless in three and went down 2-1 on their last trip to Milan.

Malaga to beat Levante @ 3/5

A dark horse for Champions League qualification in La Liga, Malaga have won four of their last five in all competitions, including a 4-1 trouncing of Deportivo La Coruna in the last round of the Copa del Rey. Levante are winless in seven going into this game and look unlikely to provide much resistance.

Juventus to beat Inter @ 4/9

Top of the tree in Serie A, Juve ended the year with a 3-1 win away at Cagliari and while Roberto Mancini may have returned to the Nerazzurri, along with new loan signing Lukas Podolski, neither will be able to halt a run of just one win from their last seven in the league.
