La Parisien report Di Maria to PSG could be a done deal

Hold on tight because transfer season has officially begun. French media outlet La Parisien is reporting that Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain are in ‘advanced talks’ regarding a deal for Red Devils midfielder, Angel di Maria.
The Argentine playmaker only joined the Old Trafford outfit at the start of last season but it seems he could already be on the move with Ladbrokes offering odds of 6/4 on the 27-year-old crossing the Channel before the transfer window slams shut.

If the rumours are true then you’d hope for the sake of United’s bank balance that their top brass will be pushing to recoup as much of their British transfer record £59.7m outlay as possible.
The former Real Madrid star had initially looked as if he’d live up to his hefty prize tag, scoring three goals in his first five games for his new employers.
However, a return of just one more goal – an FA Cup strike against League One Yeovil – throughout the remainder of the campaign meant Di Maria received his fair share of criticism.

PSG aren’t the only club reportedly interested in securing the midfielder’s signature either.
The Express have linked Di Maria with Bavarian giants Bayern Munich with odds of 4/1 on offer for that eventuality.
