Scott Allan now odds-on to sign for Celtic

The SPFL sponsor now make title-favourites Celtic just 4/9 to land the player who had touched odds-on (10/11) to sign for Rangers earlier on in the saga.

Meanwhile, those who think Allan will stay at Easter Road until the window closes can take 5/1.

Alex Donohue of Ladbrokes said: “This summer’s longest transfer saga has taken another twist and it now looks like Allan will snub his boyhood club for Celtic. Rangers are by no means out of the running entirely however with Allan staying put the only option with long odds.”
