PSG striker could be explosive addition for Man United or Arsenal

We’re into the final hours of Transfer Deadline Day and as expected the rumour mill has cranked up a notch. And given that’s the case it’s time for the name of Edinson Cavani to emerge once again.
The Paris Saint-Germain striker is hardly ever out of the gossip columns. And if the latest title-tattle is to be believed a prominent Premier League pairing are anxiously trying to thrash out a deal for his services.
According to The Sun, Manchester United and Arsenal could be about to pounce for the Uruguayan although they’ll have to move fast to beat the 23:00 GMT deadline.
It’s alleged that Cavani’s representatives would welcome an approach with a £30m bid deemed to be sufficient to convince PSG that he can go to Old Trafford.
The Red Devils hierarchy have long been admirers of the 28-year-old but with time running out a concrete offer will need to be made sooner rather than later.
